As a client, you are the expert in your own life. A coach sees you as whole, not broken or needing to be fixed.

A coach upholds the belief that you are creative, resourceful and capable of growth and change. A trained coach creates space for you to discover your own answers from within.

Coaching works through use of powerful questions and genuine curiosity on the part of the coach for what you, the client, are saying. Coaching supports you to develop the innate knowledge, skill and confidence you need to manage and make decisions about your life.
